New Patient Registration
We welcome all new patients to our practice. Please make an appointment by telephone 3806 0077.
You may wish to download, print and complete our patient enrolment form. Please complete a separate enrolment form for each member of your family and either fax back to 3806 3409 or bring with you at the time of your appointment.
Book online right here or telephone for your appointment on 3806 0077. Appointments are preferred as they minimise your waiting time and ensure that you see the doctor of your choice at a time convenient to you. Emergencies will be seen at any time.
Patients are seen in the following order:
2. Patients with appointments
3. Patients without appointments.
Appointments are usually booked at 15 minute intervals. At times a long appointment may be necessary: for example if you wish to discuss more than one issue or require an insurance medical. Please advise us when making your appointment.
Appointments are available every day for urgent bookings. Please telephone the practice from 7:00am onwards and as early as possible when you have determined that your medical concern is urgent. You may be asked to speak to a doctor or a nurse to determine the best approach to managing an urgent appointment.
||Walk in|| patients
Patients who attend the practice without an appointment will be given the next free available appointment with a doctor. In the case of a patient presenting with an urgent medical problem, the patient will be triaged by the nurse or a doctor who will determine the best approach to managing the medical concern.
Our aim is to see patients on time. We realise that you often have other obligations. If we are running late, it may be the result of an emergency and we appreciate your patience. You may phone the practice before your appointment to check whether your doctor is running on time.
If a booked appointment is not attended by you, the practice may charge a cancellation fee of $60. Please note that this is a private fee and is not refundable under Medicare.
Home visits can be pre-arranged with some of our doctors. Please see reception staff.
