- Waiting times: We are reviewing how appointments flow and exploring a new queue notification system to help reduce waiting times and keep you informed during your visit.
- Telephone access: We are assessing our phone reception coverage and conducting a review of patient feedback to improve how accessible and responsive we are when you call.
- Online booking: We’re excited to announce that in mid-November 2025 we will be switching to the HotDoc booking platform, which offers enhanced patient communication features and easier access to appointment bookings.
- Staff attitude: Our team continues to participate in ongoing training and recognition programs to maintain the friendly, professional, and caring service you deserve.
- Facility comfort: We are exploring options to update our waiting area to make it more comfortable and welcoming for you.
