From 1 July 2026, due to changes to Medicare bulk billing requirements for telehealth services, Dr Beiraghi will no longer be able to bulk bill telephone consultations. Any future telephone consultations with Dr Sina Beiraghi will be privately billed, however you will still be able to claim a Medicare rebate if you are eligible.
This change may affect:
- Children under 16 years of age
- DVA card holders
- Other patients who have, at times, had their telephone consultations bulk billed with Dr [Name]
Importantly, this update applies only to Dr Beiraghi’s telephone consultations and does not affect your face‑to‑face consultations with Dr Beiraghi Existing arrangements for in‑person appointments remain unchanged, and eligible patients may still be bulk billed for some face‑to‑face services at Dr Beiraghi’s discretion.
