At the Hyperdome Doctors we put the health and well-being of both our patients and staff first. In order to ensure a seamless experience for both we have now launched our new phone system.
When you phone the surgery on 07 3806 0077 you will now get five (5) options:
- For emergencies call 000
- If you are a Medical Professional and urgently need to contact a doctor PRESS 1
- To make an appointment please click here and use our online booking system
- To speak to a Nurse PRESS 2
- To speak to Reception PRESS 3 – you can leave a message and they will phone you back as soon as possible (usually within a few minutes)
If you are unsure of how to book an online appointment please leave a message for reception to call you back and they will make an appointment for you.
Our new system is designed to create a smoother process when contacting us. As always we rely on your feedback, if you find difficulties at any stage please let us know. With all new systems come teething issues and we hope to work through them quickly.
